Canada Post Service Interruption

OCH would like to notify tenants that Canada Post is experiencing a labour disruption, effective September 25, 2025. Mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. You can find more information on Canada Post’s website.

We ask all tenants NOT to send their rent cheques and money orders by mail until further notice. Other payment options are available. Please see other available options here.

VODA

300 Mìwàte Private, Ottawa

VODA is the first purpose-built rental building in the Zibi community on the Ontario side, part of a comprehensive development plan. Situated at 300 Mìwàte Private, Zibi’s location is unparalleled. OCH manages the renting of its homes, whereas Rhapsody Property Management Services oversees the maintenance and upkeep of shared spaces such as hallways.
